Who we are
"Athithi Devo Bhava" means "guests are equivalent to God" in the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit. Ente Veedu hosts Seetha and her husband Rajagopal have truly imbibed this saying by opening their home to travellers from far and wide, extending them a warm welcome. "Ente Veedu", which translates to "My home" in Malayalam, is located in the heart of Kerala's Wayanad district, just off the little town of Panamaram. Nestled amongst golden paddy fields and breezy coffee plantations, Ente Veedu takes you to a laid-back environment, perfect for those simply wanting to unwind from the daily rush, yet is perfect for adventure-seeking nature explorers. The 7-room homestay is set deep within a 150 year-old estate, and is beautifully complemented by a lush green environment and traditional farming methods. Highly endorsed by Lonely Planet, Rough Guides, and Trip Advisor, Ente Veedu gives you a personal experience of Malabar cuisine and hospitality.
